"All I Want for Christmas!"
Do you realize that if you WANT what GOD wants for you ... what is BEST for you ... you can know that you will get what you want for Christmas?!! The problem, you see, is that we too often want what God knows would not be good for us ... at least not spiritually. Prayer is actually intended to align your will with God's will ... to actually think about what you're asking and not just ask for what you think at the moment would make your life easier or better in some way. What you actually WANT, in the depths of your heart and soul, must be in accord with God's will if you are to find your joy and hope in Him and not in the things of this world. The good news is that through faith in Jesus Christ you can know how to have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ... no matter what ... So what do you WANT for Christmas???
