Government and law enforcement personnel attempt to restrain the evil that results from within, but is helpless to stop mankind's slide toward self-destruction. Were it not for God's intervention in the affairs of men, the human race would have ceased to exist long ago. But God had a plan ... before the world was even created by the power of His Word!!
