"The Two Witnesses, the Mark of the Beast, and the Seventh Trumpet"

Many have attempted to interpret John's "Revelation" by trying to figure out the symbolism that appears throughout the book. But what if most of that "symbolism" is describing literal events that will take place upon the earth?? What if there will really be two witnesses, and what if we can know who they will be? What if there will be a literal "mark of the beast" that true believers will NOT take, as we live on the earth during the Great Tribulation? You see, many of these things make sense if you take them literally, but they don't "fit" if you have already decided that the Rapture must come next and believers will not go through the Great Tribulation ... or that there won't even be a Rapture. One's personal positions regarding end times affect how you read Revelation and other prophetic scriptures in the Bible ... but they shouldn't!! A literal interpretation, unless there is clear reason to interpret something symbolically, reveals God's plan to establish His kingdom on the earth through His Son Jesus Christ, and gives much encouragement to us today as we see evil people and nations gathering against Israel and the true Church, true believers, and will be great encouragement to those who will be living on the earth when these things take place. You need to read and study these things so you will know the truth, and be able to share the truth with the next generation, upon whom these things may come. God's Word is truth, from cover to cover ... and that includes REVELATION!!
